Welcome to Guyot Bros Irregular E-letter

Another exciting article has been published to the Fashion Jewelry Hall of Fame, the story of Marcel and Sandra Boucher.  Both were jewelry designers who started their careers in fine jewelry design, Sandra at Harry Winston, and Marcel having worked at Cartier. Both  eventually choosing the boundless possibilities of high-end costume jewelry.

Marcel was known for his famous mechanical brooches and naturalistic designs.  Sandra, who joined Marcel's firm in 1949 as a design assistant had enjoyed her own career as a jewelry designer and was a tremendous support to Marcel, eventually even operating the business after his death, and is still active in the jewelry design field.

With thanks to author Nicholas Tollemarche, we think this will be a story you find interesting and inspiring.  To read the article click here.
