Do you know of anyone making beaded curtains using your metal filigree beads ?
Unfortunately no, but we can tell you beaded curtains from our filigree beads would be a large project - probably costing in the thousands of dollars. If you decide to pursue having one made or perhaps making one yourself, here are some questions that would have to be considered.

1. What size doorway or space (height and width) are you filling? 2. How closely do you want the strands to hang? 3. What color finish would you want the brass to be? (raw brass tarnishes, so you may want to have the beads plated, antiqued or finished in some way) 4. Are you willing to accept any pattern of beading? 5. Are you looking for a finished product or just to have the beads to be strung? |
6. Are you willing to do any woodworking on it in order to cover than hanging function of the article?
7. On what would you have the beads strung?
8. How would you hang the finished project in your doorway?
I am sure this would be just the beginning of the questions that would need to be answered before a person would commit to a project like this.
